Refunds, Returns & Cancellation Policy

At Candy Delights NZ, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of our products, specific conditions apply to refunds, returns, and cancellations.

Returns

As our products are food items, we do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect product selection

  • Personal taste preferences

  • Orders placed in error by the customer

For health and safety reasons, returned food products cannot be restocked or resold.

Refunds

Refunds will only be provided in the following circumstances:

Out of Stock Products

If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed and no suitable replacement is agreed upon, a refund will be issued for the unavailable item.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or other applicable New Zealand consumer protection laws.

Where required by law, we will provide appropriate remedies for products that do not meet statutory guarantees.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the damaged item(s) and packaging

We will review each case individually and determine an appropriate resolution.

Order Cancellations

Customers may request order cancellation before dispatch.

While we will make every effort to accommodate cancellation requests, we cannot guarantee cancellation once order processing has begun.

Orders Already Shipped

Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to cancel it.

At that stage, the parcel is in the hands of the delivery carrier and cannot be recalled.
