At Candy Delights NZ, we aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible while ensuring your treats arrive safely.

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days.

Processing times may be longer during busy periods, public holidays, promotions, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Rates

Residential Delivery

• Flat Rate: $7.25 NZD

Rural Delivery

• Flat Rate: $10.00 NZD

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Delivery Areas

We currently ship within New Zealand only.

Delivery Timeframes

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

• Residential Addresses: Overnight delivery

• Rural Addresses: 1–3 business days

Please note these are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and NZ Post service conditions.

Shipping Carrier

All orders are shipped via NZ Post.

Tracking

Where available, tracking information will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Delays

Candy Delights NZ is not responsible for delivery delays caused by:

• Courier network disruptions

• Weather events

• Natural disasters

• Public holidays

• Incorrect shipping information supplied by customers

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

If an incorrect address is provided, additional shipping charges may apply if the parcel needs to be redirected or resent.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at candydelightsnz@gmail.com as soon as possible so we can assist in lodging an enquiry with NZ Post.

While we will work with NZ Post to investigate, delivery outcomes remain subject to the carrier's policies.
